Summer O'Neill is a pen name for an experienced health expert.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Summer O'Neill Health. By making a purchase or using our services, you accept these terms.
Our offer consists exclusively of digital products (e-books / workbooks). The agreement is formed at the moment you complete payment and receive a confirmation email. All offers are non-binding and valid while licences remain available.
All prices include VAT. Summer O'Neill Health reserves the right to change prices; the price at the time of your purchase remains applicable.
Payment is made via the secure payment platform Stripe. We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Full payment must be received before access to the digital product is granted.
Digital products are made available immediately after successful payment via a download link. Delivery takes place exclusively electronically. You will also receive a confirmation email with your purchase.
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if delivery has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once you have gained access to the digital content.
Exception — Satisfaction guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase at summeroneillhealth@gmail.com. We assess each request individually and aim to find a suitable solution.
All content, including but not limited to texts, images and methodologies in the digital products, is the property of Summer O'Neill Health and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, sale or publication of the content without written permission is not permitted.
The products of Summer O'Neill Health are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. The content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Summer O'Neill Health accepts no liability for:

Complaints may be submitted via summeroneillhealth@gmail.com. We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days. If we are unable to reach a mutual resolution, you may appeal to the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law designates another court.
Summer O'Neill Health reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website. Existing agreements remain subject to the terms that applied at the time of formation.
